The warranty period covers all parts listed as mechanical defects, the costs of related services, and the terms and conditions specified in the warranty. When making a claim, it is necessary to comply with the warranty terms, procedures, and requirements.
- PROCEDURE FOR ISSUING A BENEFIT
When making a claim under the guarantee:
Contact an authorized dealer to determine the cause of the malfunction.
Verify all service records and ensure compliance with service schedules.
Do not begin any renovation work until you receive a permit form.

Vehicle maintenance should be performed at a certified service center according to the manufacturer’s recommended schedule.
All spare parts, oils and other consumables are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, so it is recommended to use only official spare parts.

- 1.2. Mechanical or Electrical Failure
An unforeseen failure of the parts covered by the warranty, requiring urgent repair or replacement.
- 1.3. Major Oil Leak
A major oil leak that can cause the engine, transmission, or differential to be disconnected due to a failure of the parts covered by the warranty.
- 1.4. Registered Kilometers
The reading recorded on the odometer at the time of purchase of the vehicle.
- 1.5. Vehicles covered by the warranty
The vehicle listed on the warranty receipt.
- 1.6. Warranty Holder
The individual or organization listed on the confirmation receipt.

SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
Verification:
Fill out service forms correctly, affix the service center’s stamp, and retain relevant documents.
- Making a claim: Keeping service records.
- Effective shutdown: 3000 km of service interruption
- Validity period limit: 3000 km from the scheduled service date

REQUIREMENTS FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY TO BE VALID.
- The customer must be serviced by an official Stellantis repair center.
- Use only official original spare parts and lubricants.
- Be sure to follow the maintenance schedule provided by the manufacturer (MSM schedule).
- Scheduled service must have been performed no more than 3,000 km or 60 days ago.

- Electric vehicle battery charger
- Damage caused by accident or misuse
- Normal wear and tear (gaskets, oil leaks, etc.)

- Damage caused by parts not covered by warranty
