How does MasterAir work?
MasterAir air-entraining admixtures facilitate the development of a stable air void system within concrete that increases the durability of the concrete. Using MasterAir admixtures results in increased resistance to deterioration from cyclic freezing and thawing exposure conditions. These products also improve workability and cohesiveness of concrete facilitating placement.
MasterRoc HCA
Hydration Control MasterRoc HCA (formerly DELVO®CRETE) is a cement hydration control system for sprayed concrete and other cementitious applications such as grouting and injection. It is capable of maintaining an open time of up to 72 hours, allowing for total flexibility of site logistics.
MasterRoc MS
Microsilica MasterRoc MS microsilica improves the pumpability and workability performance of sprayed concrete mixes in the fresh state while reducing permeability and increasing density and long-term strength performance in the hardened state. It is available in both densified powder and liquid formulations.
They are well suited for all small grains, sorghum, millet, raps seed, corn, beans and other crop.

Our company has been supplying various products and services to Oyu Tolgoi Project since 2010. One of them is the chemical admixture for the underground construction system. We have been locally manufacturing construction chemicals as an official partner and certified manufacturer of the BASF since 2017.

ProMatrix 90 Concrete admixture
MASTERGLENIUM SKY 8588 – HIGH-RANGE WATER-REDUCING SHOTCRETE ADMIXTURE
DESCRIPTION
ProMatrix 90 is a new generation superplasticiser for concrete. It contains polycarboxylate ether polymers and is specially formulated for ready-mix concrete where slump retention, high strength and durability are required in hot climates. The excellent dispersion effect makes ProMatrix 90 the ideal admixture for the ready-mix concrete industry. The ability to work with low water /cement ratios and still obtain extended slump retention allows for the manufacture of high quality concrete. ProMatrix 90 is free of chloride and complies with MNS ASTM C 494/C 494 M, and is also compatible with all cements meeting recognised international standards.
Dispensing
ProMatrix 90 is a ready-to-use admixture to be added to the concrete mix as a separate component. Optimal mixing water reduction is obtained if ProMatrix 90 is poured into the concrete mix right after the addition of the mixing water. Avoid adding the admixture to the dry aggregates. A separate dispenser and feed line must be used.

Dosage:
Dosage of ProMatrix 90 depends on the mix design, ambient conditions and degree of water reduction and workability required. ProMatrix 90 is dispensed at a rate of 1.0%-2.0% of cementitious material. Other dosages may also be used depending on the specific working conditions. Trial mixes should be made with job materials to determine the optimum dosage required for a specified job requirement.
Packaging:
ProMatrix 90 is available in 900KG IBCs or by bulk delivery.
Shelf life:
ProMatrix 90 can be stored for 12 months if stored at a temperature above 5ºC and in tightly sealed original containers. If frozen, thaw it and completely reconstitute by mild agitation. Do not use compressed air.

Health: ProMatrix 90 does not contain any hazardous substances requiring labelling.
