Job description

  • Lead Proshack store team towards achievement of established goals and objectives for the store.
  • Ensure timely turnaround of inventory needed to comply with commitments to customers.
  • Place orders to vendors and handle the order placement with vendors, shipment with Logistics team and delivery process with Proshack team and the customer.
  • Manage account receivables with the team and the customers and make sure customers are placing the payments before due date.
  • Manage pricing of Proshack store sold items.
  • Conduct quarterly meetings with vendors and manage the relationship with vendors.
  • Hire, train and monitor performance of the store staff.
  • Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize dead stock and to ensure contractual obligation by MSM is fulfilled.
  • Handle customer complaints immediately as per the Industrial Department’s procedure.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree diploma in relevant field, such as Business Management, Accounting, Finance and Marketing
  • Proven experience in sales, vendor management and inventory management
  • Expertise in contract negotiation, ensuring favorable terms for sustainable business relationships.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English
  • Advanced skills in MS office and familiarity with ERP systems
