REFLEX ACT III™

WHAT IS IT:

REFLEX ACT III™ is a digital core orientation system that records the orientation of the core sample and other key data in core drilling operations. It has a patented rapid descent system that reduces time to complete core recovery. It delivers exceptional accuracy, while being easy to use and reliable in harsh field conditions and is the preferred core orientation system for drillers and geologists worldwide.

AMC CR-650

CR-650 is a high molecular weight, powdered polymer which has been developed to improve core recovery, particularly in broken and sandy formations.

It may also be used to stabilize reactive clays and shales and to provide lubrication when diamond drilling in bad conditions.

 Add to Fresh Water Under normal drilling conditions – 0.5 to 0.75 kg/1,000 litres.

To stabilize swelling clays and shales – 0.75 to 1.0 kg/1,000 litres.

To improve core recovery in sandy, friable formations and to increase hole stability – 1 to 2 kgs/1,000 litres.

CR-650 should be mixed by adding slowly through a jet tunnel or high speed stirrer.

CR-650 is packaged in 15 kg (20litre) heavy duty, plastic, resealable pails.

AMC Ezee Pac R

EZEE-PAC R® is a new generation highly dispersive high quality polyanionic cellulose polymer used for viscosity and water loss control in most water based drilling fluid systems.

EZEE-PAC R is packaged in15 kg plastic pails or a 15 kg box

AMC Aus Trol

AMC-HAMMER OIL is supplied in 3 grades, 150, 320 and 460 centipoises with or without Molylube additive Molybdenum disulfide – to improve the lubrication and wear characteristics of the hammer.

AUS-TROL can be used with AUS-GEL, CR- 650 and LIQUI- POL to give a complete core recovery fluid that is solids free. It can also be used to make up stiff foam in air drilling operations.

AMC – Hammer Oil 150

AMC-HAMMER OIL is supplied in 3 grades, 150, 320 and 460 centipoises with or without Molylube additive Molybdenum disulfide – to improve the lubrication and wear characteristics of the hammer.

  • Prevents metal to metal contact and surface scuffing – lubricates when oil films are unable to survive.
  • The AMC-HAMMER OIL with Molylube additive is highly effective in salty water conditions when drilling with foam.
  • The Oil/Molylube concentrate will not wash off the piston when foam is pumped through the hammer.
  • AMC-HAMMER OIL with Molylube additive is premixed at AMC’s factory and has been formulated to remain in suspension.

AMC Aus Plug

AUS-PLUG is a hydrophilic polymer in granular form that absorbs up to 500 times its original volume in water. AUS-PLUG is ideal for sealing zones of lost circulation and can also be used to reduce rod vibration in holes where lost returns are a problem.

AUS-PLUG should be partially pre-hydrated in fresh water or the drilling fluid before being pumped down into the cavity or when spotted across the thief zone. The mixture will swell rapidly to help seal and plug fissures, cracks and porous formations.

AMC Aus Gel

AUS-GEL is a modified high quality grade sodium Bentonite formulated to ensure ease of mixing with superior mud making qualities in fresh water.

AUS-GEL provides viscosity and gelling to most water based fluids while also contributing to fluid loss control.

AUS-GEL is recommended as a high yielding viscosifier for building a mud system with excellent hole cleaning properties and low filtrate values in fresh to brackish water.
