Introducing the Ford Bronco: An off-road icon

2024.04.26

Back in 1965, when off-road adventure vehicles were rare, Ford introduced its first ever SUV the BRONCO to the world.

Origins of the Ford Bronco

After the Second World War, America had become an industrial giant. Ford was one of the car manufacturers involved in the production of equipment for the war effort and after the war. As a result, multiple new products and segments were looked at. In 1964, the Ford Mustang was launched, becoming one of the most iconic cars of all time. The same people responsible for the creation of the Mustang were also simultaneously involved in developing a new product for a segment Ford had never taken to before — the compact off-road SUV segment.

In 1964, the Ford Bronco was approved for production and it went on sale in 1965. The first-gen Ford Bronco was based on an all-new chassis specifically developed for the SUV. Its size placed it right in between the Jeep CJ-5 & CJ-7, making it attractive to buyers.

The latest iteration of the Ford Bronco, now in its sixth generation, carries with it a storied legacy spanning six decades.

MSM Group is now providing its Mongolian customers with the Bronco Badlands, featuring the most advanced equipment available in the updated model.

The 2.7L V6 EcoBoost engine is widely regarded as the most potent powerplant within its category.

A 10-speed transmission, generating 330 horsepower, operates with a ratio of 67:8:1, facilitating optimal utilization of engine performance.

With its 4×4 system, it’s capable of traversing any terrain.

The Badlands model offers Advanced 4×4 with automatic 2H or 4H modes. When driving on normal pavement, it conserves fuel in 2H mode. However, when encountering rough roads, it automatically enhances driving capability to 4H mode.

G.O.A.T Modes – Driving modes to adapt any surface

Normal: Ideal for daily use.

Eco: Designed to reduce fuel consumption.

Slippery: Ensures safe driving on slippery roads.

Sand: Enables safe navigation on soft, sandy surfaces.

Mud: Facilitates driving on muddy or challenging terrains.

Sport: Provides high-performance capabilities for sports driving.

Rock Crawl: Equipped with various driving modes for navigating rocky surfaces.

Baja: Optimized for high-speed off-road adventures.

Inside and out, the Bronco is full of exciting things

The leather seats featuring Bronco logos and cabin electronics are all waterproof. Additionally, the floor is entirely made of rubber material with small drainage holes.

Ford Bronco has begun accepting pre-orders for its rugged vehicle, engineered to effortlessly traverse any terrain at will.
